LID day 7
Low iodine diet from a vegan, gluten-free perspective.
Decided to break it up today, small segments rather than huge chunks of text.
Breakfast:
Mixed fruit with almond, banana & sesame purée.
I wanted some fruit but didn’t fancy smoothie & it’s too close to lunch for something heavy so I got some kiwi, pear & blueberries. I then puréed a banana, tbsp of sesame seeds, couple of tbsp’s ground almond and a glug of almond milk spooned that on top, added a few more blueberries and a couple of chopped dates. Yummy!
